Dedicated server setup requires significant setup time and hence we typically do not offer money back / free trial. However, if you are just looking to test our network, we can provide you with access to one of our test servers as a special case. Please get in touch with us for setting this up.

For USA self-managed dedicated servers, we aim to get it ready for you in maximum 24 hours (usually 6-12 hours) as long as we have all parts in stock. In case of custom configuration / hardware, it may require additional time.

No, we do not block any ports in a dedicated server. However, for security reasons, we advice you to configure / harden your OS firewall to only allow required ports.

Yes, we do offer dual stacked dedicated servers (servers having support for both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses). Our network is pre-configured to support native IPv4 & IPv6.

Every dedicated server includes SoftSys Command, and daily Acronis Cyber Backups are available as an add-on (and included on fully managed servers). Command's Server MRI also monitors disk and RAID health so you're warned before storage problems put your data at risk.

Yes. We offer cPanel/WHM and Plesk for Linux servers, and SolidCP, MSPControl, and Plesk for Windows servers.

We offer Ubuntu (24.04 and 22.04 LTS), AlmaLinux 9, Rocky Linux 9, and Debian 12 for Linux, and Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025 in both Standard and Datacenter editions. Other Linux distributions are available on request.
